Step 1: Log-In To Your My Panthers Account

Log-in to your My Panthers Account. Your Account ID can be found on your Season Ticket invoice. You can also use the e-mail address on your account as your Account ID. If you do not remember your password you may either call the team or request Ticketmaster to send you a new one in the Forgot Password field below the Account Manager Log-In.


Step 2: Manage Your Tickets

Once you are logged in, click on “manage my tickets” towards the right hand side of the screen.


Step 3: Selecting Your Tickets

You will be brought to a screen which lists out your events in a calendar view. Click “Advanced Options” towards the right hand side of your screen. 


Step 4: Select An Action

Your screen will fade to bring up the Advanced Options pop-up. (Please note this may not work on AOL internet browsers.) Select “Transfer Tickets to a Friend” under the “Choose an Action” menu.


Step 5: Reviewing Your Selection

You will automatically see that your seats are selected for the games in the month of whichever calendar month you are currently viewing. Verify that the information is correct, and click “done."


Step 6: Reviewing Your Calendar Screen

Your action will be processed and you will be returned to the ticket calendar screen. You will be able to see that your seats have accumulated in a ticket cart on the right hand side of your screen.


Step 7: Adding Additional Tickets From Other Months

Select the next month and repeat steps 3-6 until you have accumulated all of the tickets you are transferring into your cart.


Step 8: Continuing To Complete The Transfer

Once you have all of the tickets in your cart select the black box that says “transfer (20).” The number in the parenthesis will be the number of tickets you have selected. This number may be different depending on the number of seats you have and the number of tickets you have sold to PSL Source.


Step 9: Continue To Transfer

A confirmation screen will appear showing you all of the tickets you have selected. Scroll to the bottom of this screen and click “Continue to transfer.”


Step 10: Choose Transfer Recipient

You will be brought to the screen below. Scroll to the center of the page where the screen reads “Choose Transfer Recipient.”


Step 11: Adding New Transfer Recipient

Add our contact information under “Enter a New Contact.” First Name: PSL, Last Name: Source, E-mail: tickets@pslsource.com. Next click “add.”


Step 12: Selecting Transfer Recipient

Select the bubble next to PSL Source's name and then click “next step” at the bottom of the page.


Step 13: Complete Transfer

Check the box that you agree to the terms of use of the website and then click “complete transfer.”


Step 14: Print Page For Your Records

You will be brought to a confirmation screen. You may print this page for your records. After you have reached this step you are free to log out of your account.
